This is a very instructive case emphasising the need to consider all the diagnostic imaging evidence available to you during your cardiac scanning. An important teaching point especially for those starting out in the speciality.

This is also our first case using Rubidium PET-CT, but the principles are the same irrespective of the tracer used.
