We are an independent society dedicated to the promotion of Nuclear Cardiology in the United Kingdom. Aiming to improve understanding of the role and contribution of Nuclear Cardiology to patient management.

Resolution recovery software audit - The IPEM Nuclear Medicine Software Quality Group has now launched an audit project to look at the use of Resolution Recovery software for reducing administered activity in myocardial perfusion studies. This project will enable nuclear medicine departments to try out manufacturer’s resolution recovery software to see whether it can be used with their own department protocols to reduce administered activity for myocardial perfusion SPECT without compromising clinical results.
